The Ending Spending Action Fund reports all donors and expenditures to the Federal Election Commission. Contributions to Ending Spending Action Fund are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires Ending Spending Action Fund to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions by foreign nationals, federal government contractors, and national banks are prohibited.
